Who we are

Naboria AI ("Naboria", "we", "us") operates naboria-ai.com and the Naboria retail marketing activation platform. We are based in Puerto Rico, United States. For any privacy question, contact hjgarcia@naboria-ai.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you register for a free account we collect your name, email address, and optionally your company name. When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. This records information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, device type, and browser. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this purpose.

Advertising measurement. This site runs the Naboria Ads tracker, which is the same technology our platform provides to retailers. It records ad impressions, clicks, and page views on this site and assigns a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser. We use it to measure our own advertising surface and to demonstrate the product. It is not used to build profiles about you for sale to third parties.

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment card details on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from children. We do not buy personal information from data brokers, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How we use information

We use the information described above to create and maintain your account, send the verification email that activates it, respond to your enquiries, understand and improve how the site performs, and keep the service secure — including rate limiting and abuse prevention.

If you registered, we may email you about the platform. Every such email includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar regimes apply to you, we rely on your consent (analytics and marketing email), the performance of a contract (operating your account), and our legitimate interests (site security, product improvement, and responding to enquiries).

Who we share it with

We share limited information with service providers who process it on our behalf: Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, and email delivery via Amazon SES) and Google (Google Analytics). These providers are bound to use the information only to provide their service to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Naboria, our users, or the public.

Campaign targeting and measurement

Naboria's advertising platform targets campaigns by area, product category, and store location — not by the identity of individual shoppers. Campaign measurement is performed and reported in aggregate: we report whether activation lifted sales in a region or at a location, not what any individual purchased.

Where campaigns run on third-party channels such as Meta, Waze, Google, or WhatsApp, those platforms operate under their own privacy policies and their own relationship with you.

How long we keep it

Account information is kept for as long as your account exists, and removed within 30 days of a deletion request. Inbound email is retained in our mail system for 30 days. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' configured retention period.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to particular processing, or withdraw consent. Email hjgarcia@naboria-ai.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can block cookies in your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using this site.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the database holding registration records is restricted, and verification links expire. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold — which, for this site, is a name, an email address, and an optional company name.

International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed there.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes affecting registered users will be communicated by email.
