Connect Once. Let Activation See Your Real Shelves.
Naboria reads store-level inventory straight from the commerce platform you already run — Shopify and WooCommerce today — so the brands and distributors funding activation on your shelves can see what is actually in stock, store by store, instead of guessing. Integration is not the product. It is what makes the activation worth paying for.
The Systems We Connect
One source-agnostic contract. Every upstream arrives as the same three things: your stores, your products, and what is in stock right now — which is why adding the next system is a connector, not a rebuild.
Shopify — Storefront and POS Live
A read-only Admin API token, created by you in minutes and revocable at any time, exposes per-location quantities across every store. No third party sits between your approval and the connection. Merchants without Shopify POS still connect their online catalogue the same way.
Retail Pro Roadmap
The specialty-retail standard across the Caribbean and Latin America, and the system of record for apparel, footwear and luxury shelves. Retail Pro Prism exposes a REST API on your own server and Retail Pro 9 can export on a schedule, so both fit the contract above — but the connector is not built yet. If Retail Pro is what you run, tell us: it is the one most likely to be built next.
WooCommerce Live
Self-hosted WordPress storefronts connect through the Store API or a consumer key generated in your own admin. No app listing, no organization matching, no platform gatekeeper.
Distributor and ERP Feeds Roadmap
Not every system has an API, and it will not need one. A nightly CSV or XML drop carries the same three things an API would, and the contract was designed for that case rather than retrofitted to it. The feed reader itself is still ahead of us — the shape it has to fill is already settled.
What the Connection Fuels
Store-level availability is visible today. Letting it move budget on its own is the step after.
Availability, Store by Store Live
Every connected account resolves into locations, products and hourly stock observations, then surfaces in Naboria RMA as a filterable store-level view — with multi-banner operators rolled up under one owner. The brands and distributors funding activation on your shelves stop planning against a catalogue that does not match reality, and you stop fielding the call about an ad for something that sold out last week.
Availability That Moves Budget Roadmap
The step after is letting that signal act on its own: a store falling below availability health pulls spend toward the locations that can actually convert, across Waze, Meta, WhatsApp and Google, and holds back onsite placements for product that is not there. The decision logic and its thresholds are written; they are not wired into the daily cycle yet. Treat this as where the connection is going, not as what it does the day you connect.
Why this is the hard part. Anyone can run ads. Retail media only earns its premium when it knows what is in stock, at which store, right now — and that answer lives inside your POS, not inside an ad platform. Connecting it is the work almost nobody does, and it is what has to exist before a campaign can respond to your shelves at all.
What It Takes From You
Read-only, revocable, and scoped to inventory. We are not asking to run your systems.
One Credential, Read-Only
An API token or a scheduled export. Read access to products, locations and stock — never write access, never customer records, never payment data. You can revoke it in the same console you created it in.
No Migration
You keep the POS you have. We do not resell it, replace it, or ask you to change how your stores work. If a system can describe its shelves, it can connect.
A Catalogue Audit, Free
Before anything is connected we can read what your storefront already publishes and tell you what we find — missing SKUs, absent barcodes, listings that have been sold out for months. You keep that whether or not we work together.
