These terms govern your use of naboria-ai.com and any free account you create on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms cover this website only. Commercial use of the Naboria platform is governed by a separate written agreement.

Accounts

Registration is free and gives you access to platform documentation and architecture materials. You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent access controls, or violate these terms.

Access is granted to you for evaluation purposes. Don't share credentials, and don't use automated means to bulk-download the documentation.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, distribute malware, probe or attack our infrastructure, scrape at volumes that degrade the service, or misrepresent your affiliation with Naboria.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, the Naboria name and logo, and the platform documentation are owned by Naboria AI and protected by intellectual property law. You may read, quote with attribution, and share links. You may not republish substantial portions, or use our branding to imply endorsement or partnership, without written permission.

Third-party names referenced on this site — including Walmart Connect, Walgreens, Waze, Meta, WhatsApp, and Google — are the trademarks of their respective owners. Referring to them describes channels our platform integrates with or plans to integrate with; it does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership unless we state otherwise explicitly.

Forward-looking statements

This site describes both current capability and planned capability. Anything marked as roadmap is a statement of intent, not a commitment to a date or an outcome, and plans may change. Where a distinction matters to your evaluation, ask us and we'll be specific.

No warranty

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in the courts located in Puerto Rico.
